How is the special dish of Bihar made?
Litti is wheat flour ball filled with a spicy mixture of sattu, while chokha is made from roasted brinjal, tomatoes and potatoes. Onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and various spices are added to it. Litti Chokha is liked not only in Bihar but throughout the country. A video of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ was going viral, in which Amitabh’s son and actor Abhishek Bachchan were seen on the hot seat.
