Amitabh told that Waheeda Rehman is his favorite actor and expressed regret at not being able to work with Meena Kumari. Talking about Waheeda Rehman, the megastar told how the shot of the song ‘Pyaasa’ brought out her talent.
Remembered the story of the film ‘Pyaasa’
Big B also remembered the close-up of actress Waheeda Rehman in the film ‘Pyaasa’, he said that that scene influenced him to a great extent. Big B said, ‘It was such a beautiful shot, it took two or three takes to complete that close-up shot. These days all this happens very quickly, but at that time it never happened.
I regret not working with this actress
