Father said- Sushant did not do suicide

Sushant’s father has been emotional and claimed that ‘Sushant has not committed suicide. My son was not going to suicide at all. Whatever the cause of his death, the matter has gone to court. Will know. Son Sushant came home at the time of the incident. It was also 3-4 days. However, he did not talk about all these things. We hope the son will get justice. The court will take some decisions.

Demand for investigation into Sushant and manager’s death

The High Court is going to hear a PIL PIL on 19 February. It has demanded a thorough investigation into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and his former manager Disha Salian. In September 2023, the Supreme Court and High Court Litigants Association of India ‘filed a petition through its president Rashid Khan Pathan. After which the then Maharashtra Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis came into action.

Petition requests to arrest Aditya Thackeray

The PIL has requested the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to arrest and interrogate the Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray regarding these cases. The petition also requested the court to direct the CBI to submit a comprehensive report.

According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, the petition has also said that the CBI should present a full report about its investigation. Also, investigation should be started against Aditya Thackeray as soon as possible.

Shiv Sena (UBT) MLA Aditya Thackeray gave an application in this PIL, in which he said that the court should listen to them before taking any decision. He also said that this PIL is not correct, because the state is investigating the matter.

Body was found in flat in the year 2020

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his house in Bandra on 14 June 2020. At first glance, the case was suicide, but later the investigation into the matter was handed over to the CBI due to the pressure of media and opposition parties. In the last report of the CBI, the real cause of death was described as suicide.

At the same time, a few days before this, on 8 June, his manager Disha Salian also died due to falling from the 14th floor of the building. Both deaths were suspicious, but till date no one has been disclosed.

According to the reports that came in the media, Sushant’s girlfriend Riya Chakraborty was accused of taking drugs herself and also gave Sushant. In this case, Narcotics Control Bureau has also arrested Riya by finding the accused. Riya and her brother had to stay in jail for a month during this period.
