Tata Motors has today (September 24) launched the Nexon EV in India with a 45kWh larger battery pack. This now increases the car range from 465km to 489km on a full charge. Tata Nexon EV competes with Mahindra XUV400 EV, Tata Curve EV and MG Windsor EV.

Nexon EV is available in four variants – Creative, Fearless, Empowered and Empowered Plus, whose ex-showroom prices range from Rs 13.99 lakh to Rs 16.99 lakh. The company has now also given the option of panoramic sunroof in it and has also added new features.

Apart from this, a new Red Dark Edition of Nexon EV has also been introduced. Which is based on its top model Empowered + and its ex-showroom price is Rs 17.19 lakh. Along with this, the starting price of Nexon EV Long Range has been reduced by Rs 60,000 with the Creative variant.
