New Delhi: The audience is expecting that Akshay Kumar’s next film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ will take them on a rollercoaster ride with comedy and scary twists. The excitement of the audience has increased since they came to know that apart from Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Asrani and Rajpal Yadav will also be seen playing important roles in Priyadarshan’s horror comedy. The shooting of the film will start in early 2025 and it is planned to be released by the end of the year.

Casting for the film is still underway and the search for actresses is on. Akshay has previously worked with Paresh in films like “Hera Pheri”, “Phir Hera Pheri” and “Garam Masala”. The superstar has shared screen space with Rajpal in “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” and “Bhagam Bhag”. He has appeared with Asrani in “Khel Khel Mein” and “Khatta Meetha”.

Will work with Priyadarshan after 14 years
On his 57th birthday on 9 September, Akshay had announced that he is working with director Priyadarshan once again after 14 years in this film. Akshay shared the motion poster of the film on X. In the picture, Akshay can be seen holding a bowl. A black cat can also be seen in it.

Priyadarshan and Akshay Kumar’s pairing is a hit
Akshay wrote in the caption, ‘Thank you for your love on my birthday, celebrating every year with the first look of ‘Bhoot Bangla’. I am very excited to work with Priyadarshan again after 14 years.’ The actor wrote that he last worked with Priyadarshan in the film “Khatta Meetha” in 2010. According to IANS report, Akshay and Priyadarshan have given many blockbuster films together, including “Hera Pheri”, “De Dana Dan”, “Bhool Bhulaiyaa”, “Garam Masala” and “Khatta Meetha”.
