OLA GIG and S1 Z; Electric Scooter Specifications & Features Explained | Ola Gig and S1 Z e-scooter launched, starting price ₹39,999: Range up to 157km with two 1.5kWh removable batteries, competes with Komaki X1

Ola Electric has launched two new electric scooters Gig and S1 Z in the Indian market. The company has introduced both the electric scooters in two variants each. This includes Ola Gig, Gig+, S1 Z and S1 Z+.

Both e-scooters have a standard 1.5kWh removable battery. Ex-showroom prices of electric scooters start from Rs 39,999. Ola says that deliveries of Ola Gig will start in April 2025 and deliveries of S1 Z will start in May 2025.

In the Indian market, Ola Gig will compete with slow-speed electric scooters like Komaki X1 and Avon E Scooter 504. At the same time, Ola S1 Z will compete with Yulu Win and Zelio Eva. Both EVs are designed for the purpose of delivery of goods at local level.

All ex-showroom prices are for the single battery variant.
