OnePlus 13 Series 180-Day Phone Replacement Plan
OnePlus is offering a 180-day phone replacement plan at no extra cost for customers who purchased the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R in India between January 10 and February 13. However, from February 14, buyers can avail this benefit only through optional payment plan. OnePlus 13 buyers will have to pay Rs 2,599, while OnePlus 13R buyers will get it for Rs 2,299. The paid plan extends the service period for three additional months.
OnePlus said that in case of any hardware quality issue in the first 180 days after the purchase of OnePlus 13 or OnePlus 13R, customers will be able to get a one-time tension free device replacement. Hardware problems include problems with the screen, back cover, battery, motherboard, etc. OnePlus India CEO Robin Liu claims that this plan highlights the confidence in the company’s product. The 180-day phone replacement plan is part of OnePlus’ Project Starlight, which was introduced in India in December 2024. It is claimed that in this initiative the company will invest Rs 6 thousand crore in the country in the next three years, the aim of which is to improve customer service and durability of its devices.

Price of OnePlus 13 12GB + 256GB variant in India Rs 69,999while the 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at Rs 76,999 and the 24GB + 1TB variant is priced at Rs 89,999. The price of 12GB + 256GB variant of OnePlus 13R is Rs 42,999 and the price of 16GB + 512GB variant is Rs 49,999. OnePlus 13 and 13R will be available for sale in India from January 10 and January 13 via e-commerce site Amazon and OnePlus India e-store.
