Tech company Oppo is going to launch a new smartphone ‘Oppo K12x 5G’ in the budget segment in the Indian market tomorrow i.e. on Monday, July 29. The company has already confirmed the launch date on its official website.
The Oppo K12x 5G smartphone will get a 6.67-inch HD + display with 120Hz refresh rate, 5,100mAh battery with 45W Super-VOOC charging support and 50MP camera. Apart from this, MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset is expected for performance.
Oppo K12x 5G: Storage, Price and Design
Oppo’s upcoming phone will come in two color options. According to the teaser released by the company, the K12x phone will be launched in two color options Breeze Blue and Midnight Violet. Apart from this, two storage options 8GB + 256GB and 8GB + 512GB can be found in this smartphone.
Its starting price can be Rs 25,000. The camera setup given on the back panel of Oppo’s upcoming phone is similar to OnePlus Nord CE4. Therefore, it is expected that it can be introduced as a rebranded version of Nord in the Indian market.

Oppo K12x 5G: Expected Specifications
- Display : In Oppo K12x 5G, the company has given a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Its peak brightness is 1600 nits and the resolution is 2400×1080. It has also been claimed about the display that it supports splash touch technology, so that the phone can be used even with wet hands. The display has been given IP54- rating.
- Camera : For photography, a 50MP primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide camera are expected to be available on the rear panel of Nord CE4. At the same time, a 16MP front camera can be available for selfie and video calling.
- Software and OS : For performance, the smartphone can get MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset, which will work on the latest Oxygen OS based on Android 14 out-of-the-box.
- Battery and Charging : Oppo K12x 5G has a 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. This phone also has a battery health engine.
- Connectivity : For connectivity, the phone is expected to have 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, FM radio and USB Type-C port for charging along with the option of micro SD card to expand the storage.
