Oppo Reno 13 Series Eyed on IMDA Certification
Oppo Reno 13 and Reno 13 Pro have appeared in the database of Singapore’s IMDA certification platform. The model number of Reno 13 is CPH2689, while the model number of 13 Pro is CPH2697. These model numbers were also previously seen in the databases of Europe’s EEC and Indonesia’s TKDN. However, his name has been revealed only through IMDA certification. The IMDA listing has revealed only the connectivity features of both the phones. The special thing is that it has also been revealed that the 13 Pro phone will come with eSIM support.
Apart from this, Reno 13 camera has also been seen in the database of FV-5, which shows that it has a 50-megapixel primary camera in the rear. It has 26.6mm focal length and f/1.8 aperture. The listing also reveals that the Reno 13 sports a 50-megapixel front camera with 22.2mm focal length and F/2.0 aperture.
The design of the Reno model launched in the global market is similar to its Chinese variant. However, the Chinese variants generally have slightly different and better specifications than their global variants. A recent report has claimed that the Chinese variant of Reno 13 Pro will be the world’s first phone with Mediatek Dimensity 8350 processor. It is not known at present whether this processor will be available at the global level or not.
Let us tell you that the Reno 12 series appeared in the IMDA database in May and was launched in Singapore on June 29, 2024. Similarly, Reno 11 and Reno 11 Pro appeared in IMDA’s database in November 2023 ahead of their launch in Singapore on January 27, 2024.
