This is the fourth major case of outage in Microsoft this year.
Thousands of people using Microsoft products across the world faced outage again today (December 10). Users around the world were unable to use key services of Microsoft 365 like Outlook, OneDrive and Microsoft Teams.
The outage, which began at 2:34 pm, was first reported on DownDetector. After this, the complaints peaked at around 6:19 pm. According to a report by Times of India, Indian users faced problems from around 3:19 pm onwards.

In its post, the company has asked users to visit OO953223 in the admin center for more information related to this problem. It is a matter of relief that the company replied to this post and said that this problem has now been fixed.
Users are unable to access files and documents The Verge also said in its report that due to the outage, there is a lot of difficulty in using Microsoft Teams. Due to this large-scale outage, users are not able to access their important files and documents. This is causing the most trouble to those users who use cloud-based tools for their work.
