New Delhi. Trupti Dimri had proved her acting prowess by working in many excellent films like ‘Kala’, ‘Bulbul’, ‘Laila Majnu’. Despite her brilliant performance in these films, the actress did not get the stardom and popularity that she deserved. A small role in Ranbir Kapoor starrer film ‘Animal’ released last year changed the fortunes of the actress. This small role gave him that name and fame which even the lead roles in ‘Laila Majnu’, ‘Bulbul’ and ‘Kala’ could not get.
On one hand, Trupti is enjoying her new fame, on the other hand, she feels that now her freedom has been taken away. While talking to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress said that stardom also has many disadvantages. She says, ‘Before the release of Animal, I used to go to the market to buy vegetables. This is very interesting because on one hand this is what you want as an actor, while on the other hand I like my freedom.

She further says, ‘I love walking alone on the streets, spending time with friends and eating street food. Earlier I could do all these things without any problem, but now I have to be more cautious. My freedom has been taken away.
Trupti Dimri believes that this is the reason why most stars go abroad in search of solitude. She says that it is very important for her to take time out from shooting and celebrate holidays.
