A 1300-page charge sheet has been filed on Saturday against Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa, who was in jail for 4 months for the murder of fan Renukaswamy. In this charge sheet, those photographs have been included as important evidence, in which actor Darshan is seen posing with fellow accused in the crime scene. On the basis of this evidence, Bangalore Police has demanded cancellation of his bail, which he got in the name of surgery.
Bangalore Police has filed a 1300-page charge sheet in the Renukaswamy high profile murder case in the 57th CCH Court on November 23, which has been prepared under the supervision of ACP Chandan Kumar. In the chargesheet, Bangalore Police presented the photographs taken at the crime scene of Darshan as important evidence. In the four pictures that surfaced, Darshan is seen posing with fellow accused Janadeesh and Anukumar. There is also a jeep in the background in the pictures, which was used at the time of the murder. The same jeep was also seen in the CCTV footage found around the crime scene.

Bail was given in the name of surgery, police demanded its cancellation
Let us tell you that in June, Darshan Thoogudeepa was arrested on charges of murder. After this he sought bail several times, but every time his bail plea was being rejected. Finally, on October 30, Darshan’s lawyer demanded bail saying that the actor had to undergo spinal surgery. The court had given him relief of 6 weeks in the name of surgery. However, in the hearing held on Saturday, Bangalore Police told the court that the actor’s bail should be canceled on the basis of strong evidence of serious crime.

Allegations of murder of fan were made, actor was seen leaving the crime scene
On June 9, the body of an unidentified youth was found in a drain in Kamakshipalya area of Bangalore. During investigation, the boy was identified as 33-year-old Renukaswamy, who worked in a medical store. The investigation of the murder led the police to a godown. On scanning the CCTV footage, Darshan Thoogudeepa and his girlfriend Pavitra Gowda were seen leaving the crime scene. Pavitra Gowda is also a Kannada actress. Darshan and Pavitra were arrested on June 11 after CCTV footage was obtained.
One of the murder accused had clicked the picture of Renukaswamy while torturing him.
Investigation revealed that the deceased Renukaswamy Darshan was a fan of Thoogudeepa. He considered her ideal, but when actress Pavitra Gowda revealed through a social media post in January that she was in a relationship with married Darshan for 10 years, Renukaswamy was hurt. He did not want Pavitra to live with Darshan. He often used to send threatening messages to Pavitra. When Pavitra complained about this to Darshan, he took help from the people running his fan club. First of all, Renukaswami was lured and called to the godown, where he was tortured and murdered.
After the arrest, the police took Darshan and Pavitra to the crime scene.
According to the police, Darshan and his associates beat up Renukaswamy severely and applied electric current on his private parts in the godown. Also, before killing Renukaswami, Pavitra herself had beaten him with a shoe. One of his ears was also cut off.

Darshan’s friends whose clothes were stained with blood after the murder. He went to the nearby Reliance store and bought new clothes and changed them there. Those clothes have been recovered and forensic test has been done. 19 people were arrested in this case including Darshan and Pavitra.
