Poco, the Indian sub-brand of Chinese tech company Xiaomi, has launched the Poco M6 Plus 5G smartphone in the Indian market. The smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) chipset, which works on Android 14 operating system.
It has been launched with a dual-side glass design and an IP53-rated build for dust and splash resistance. The phone has a 6.79-inch full-HD + display with 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a 108-megapixel dual rear camera.
Poco M6 Plus 5G Price and Availability
The smartphone will be available for sale in the Indian market from August 5. The company has launched it in two storage variants – 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Its starting price is Rs 13,499. The smartphone has been launched in three color options – Misty Lavender, Graphite Black and Ice Silver.
Poco M6 Plus: Specifications
- Display : Poco M6 Plus has a 6.79 inch full HD + screen with 2460 x 1080 pixel resolution. The display of the smartphone works at 120Hz refresh rate. Gorilla Glass protection is installed for the screen.
- Camera : For photography, Poco Mobile has a dual rear camera setup. It includes a 50MP primary camera with AI night mode and a 2MP ultrawide sensor. For selfies and video calling, it has a 13MP camera on the front.
- Processor : The phone has a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chipset for performance. The smartphone has an OS based on Android 14.
- Battery : For power backup, the smartphone has a 5030 mAh battery. 33W wired charging support will be available for charging.
- Other Features: The mobile supports dual SIM 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 15 5G bands for network connectivity. Apart from this, the device has options like dual stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, IP53 rating for water and dust protection, side fingerprint sensor.
