Actress Anita Advani has told that Rajesh Khanna had realized her death. Anita said- She started living very calm in a year. He had realized death. I could not see them like this. They used to cry all day long.
Rajesh Khanna’s last wish was incomplete
In an interview with YouTube channel Avanti Films, Anita said that Rajesh Khanna wanted her home to be converted into a museum. But after the death, the family also did not fulfill his last wish.
Anita said- There was a proposal to sell the house near her (Rajesh Khanna) near Rs 150 crore. However, he flatly refused. When his house was broken, I too suffered a lot.
Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia married in 1973, but after a few years their relationship broke up. However, he never divorced. But after the death of Rajesh Khanna, actress Anita Advani claimed that she was in a relationship with Rajesh Khanna. In the last few years, she was the closest to Rajesh Khanna. Rajesh used to celebrate him his wife, while he also fasted for Kaka’s long life.
Anita had said- I knew about her more than Dimple
In an interview with Rediff in 2013, Anita said that wife Dimple Kapadia and daughters used to meet him often a year before Rajesh Khanna’s death. Anita had said- she used to spend a few hours there. If I was out, they used to call and ask when I would come back home so that they could go back.
Dimple did not even know who used to come to see Rajesh ji at home. I used to tell them. We were like friends. I was happy that the family is with him at the last moment. When his health started deteriorating, I was very scared.
Let me tell you, Rajesh Khanna died in 2012 due to cancer.
