New Delhi. Rajkumar Rao and Tripti Dimri’s upcoming film ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ is in the news. A new song from this film has been released today. Music composer duo Sachin-Jigar released their superb song ‘Mere Mehboob’ from ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’. Tripti Dimri and Rajkumar Rao are seen in great style in the video of the song. This song is made in the backdrop of the 90s, which reflects the entire theme of the film.
During the recent music launch event, the Tere Vaaste fame duo spoke about their creative process. Sachin-Jigar says about the song, “We were inspired by the storytelling of the 90s for this song. The whole film brings back those nostalgic memories and we wanted Mere Mehboob to connect with that feeling. We always look up to legends like Viju Shah and Nadeem-Shravan who have influenced us.”
The song has received a lot of appreciation from netizens for its catchy beat and the whole setup based on the old times. The song is currently available on all music streaming platforms. Directed by ‘Dream Girl’ director Raj Shandilya under the banner of T-Series, Balaji Motion Pictures, ‘Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video’ will be released on 11 October 2024. This film of Tripti Dimri and Rajkummar Rao will clash with Alia Bhatt’s ‘Jigra’ at the box-office. ‘Jigra’ is directed by Vasan Bala.

Apart from Rajkummar Rao and Tripti Dimri, the comedy-drama also stars Vijay Raj, Mallika Sherawat, Archana Puran Singh, Mukesh Tiwari, Archana Patel, Rakesh Bedi, Tiku Talsania and Ashwini Kalsekar in pivotal roles.
