Raveena Tandon remembered the anecdote from the sets of ‘Aatish’, broke her silence on the catfight with Karisma Kapoor, said- ‘Some people are insecure…’

New Delhi. Raveena Tandon and Karisma Kapoor were among the top actresses of the 90s. The catfight between these two actresses was well known. The stories of catfight between Karisma Kapoor and Raveena Tandon were so famous in the corridors of Bollywood that it is said that on the sets of the film ‘Andaz Apna Apna’, these two actresses did not even talk to each other. Recently, Raveena Tandon has broken her silence on the years-old catfight with Karisma Kapoor.

During a conversation with Filmfare, Raveena Tandon said that she shares a very good bonding with many top actresses of the 90s. Giving examples of actresses like Juhi Chawla, Pooja Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit, Shilpa Shetty, she said that some actresses used to hang out together. They used to meet each other while some were very insecure and they are still the same.

Regarding the fight with Karisma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon says that there was no such fight between them. Without naming Karisma, she said that there were some actresses who were very insecure in those days and they are the same even today. However, she denied the fight that happened during the shooting of the film ‘Aatish’ and called it just an argument.

Comparison of actors’ fight
Raveena Tandon believes that while the disagreements between the lead male actors used to lead to scuffles and fights, the disagreements between the actresses used to be limited to arguments only. According to her, there was no social media in those days, due to which the actresses of that era were not able to present their side in front of everyone.

Now if we talk about the work front, Raveena Tandon has appeared in the recently released film ‘Ghudchadhi’. Sanjay Dutt, Parth Samthan and Khushali Kumar are also playing important roles in this film.
