Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan has recently shared an anecdote related to his love story. His wife’s name before marriage was Sushila Charak. And after marriage her name became Salma. Salim Khan told that after marriage his name also changed to Shankar.

Salim Khan was asked a question in Arbaaz Khan’s show that how did he get the name Shankar? Responding to which Salim Khan said – When I came to know about Salma and me at his house, his grandmother, who was his grandmother, supported me a lot.

Salim Khan told- Salma’s grandmother’s age at that time was about 92 years. Once she became very ill and I was called to meet my grandmother. Then she was in a coma like situation. She was almost gone. I met him in my same style. I went and said – Your Shankar has come today. When I called Aaji twice, she did not get up, otherwise everyone thought that Nani had passed away, but when I called for the third time, Aaji, your Shankar has come. So after hearing this she immediately got up and sat down.
