That movie of Bhaijaan which came in 2008 is Yuvraj. When Yuvraj hit the theatres in 2008, seeing Salman’s look, everyone thought that the movie would create a sensation after its release. Anil Kapoor, Zayed Khan, Boman Irani and Katrina Kaif played important roles along with Salman Khan in this flop movie. The movie Yuvraj was directed by blockbuster director Subhash Ghai. Aamir Khan was the first choice for Salman Khan’s role in this movie. Shahrukh Khan was planned to play Anil Kapoor’s role and Salman Khan for Danny i.e. Zayed Khan’s role. But Aamir Khan rejected this movie.
Akshay Kumar and Saif also rejected it
It is said that Subhash Ghai had also talked to Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan for this film. But everyone refused to work in this film. Not only this, Subhash Ghai had tried to connect Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgan and Abhishek Bachchan to this film, but no one agreed to do this film. Almost 8 stars of the industry rejected Yuvraj.
Let us tell you that Salman Khan got this film after many stars rejected it. This film, made on a budget of Rs 48 crore, could only earn Rs 31 crore at the box office. The makers lost crores of rupees due to this film which failed to even recover its budget.
