Samsung Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 series comes with a new design with blade lights. This new design lets users control the device by pinching on the blade or swiping up or down. The Galaxy Buds 3 has a one-way 11 mm dynamic driver, while the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro has a two-way 10.5 mm dynamic speaker with a 6.1 mm planar. Both models are equipped with three microphones and voice pickup units and offer ANC feature to identify surrounding sounds and choose the best level of noise and sound without manual adjustment.

The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro model is equipped with Ambient Sound Mode and Voice Detect feature. It is claimed that these are able to distinguish between noise and human voice. When the wearer speaks, the earbuds switch to Ambient Mode, which reduces the media volume, making it easier to hear the conversation without taking the earbud out.

Connectivity options on the Galaxy Buds 3 series include Bluetooth 5.4 with support for AAC, SBC, SSC, HiFi, and SSC UHQ codecs. They have an Auto Switch feature that lets users seamlessly switch between two devices on the go. They also come equipped with an accelerometer and Hall sensor. They are compatible with handsets running Android 10 or higher with more than 1.5GB of memory. Both models are also IP55-rated. The Galaxy Buds 3 family gets some AI-based features like Interpreter and Voice Commands as part of the Galaxy AI package.
