New Delhi. Ever since the announcement of Kareena Kapoor’s upcoming film ‘The Buckingham Murders’, there is tremendous excitement among the fans about it. The powerful trailer of the film was released on Tuesday, September 3, which has received a great response from the audience. ‘The Buckingham Murders’ is Kareena Kapoor’s first film with Hansal Mehta. Apart from playing the lead role in it, she is also its co-producer. When director Hansal Mehta’s film ‘Shahid’ was mentioned in front of Kareena Kapoor who was busy promoting the film, the actress gave such a reaction that the people present there were forced to clap.
The film ‘Shahid’, directed by Hansal Mehta, was released in 2012. This film is based on human rights activist and lawyer Shahid Azmi who was murdered in 2010. Rajkumar Rao played the lead role in the film. A journalist asked Hansal Mehta a question while referring to this film.
The journalist present at the film promotion says, ‘We have seen your track record, you have made a film like ‘Shahid’ which won the National Award. This murder mystery (Buckingham Murders) also has a very sensitive issue attached to it – that’s why I mentioned Shahid. So how difficult was it to direct the script of these two?’ On hearing this question, Kareena Kapoor gives a strange reaction by widening her eyes.
