According to registration documents, Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor has sold his apartment in Silver Beach Heaven Co-operative Society in Juhu, Mumbai for Rs 6.11 crore. This transaction was registered in December 2024.
According to the Registration Inspector General (IGR) property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the area constructed by Shakti Kapoor is 81.84 sqm (about 881 sqft). This transaction has a stamp fee payment of Rs 36.66 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
