New Delhi. The Crime Branch of Mumbai Police, which is investigating the Baba Siddiqui murder case, has made a big revelation. He claimed that the arrested shooters often used to go outside the house of Bollywood actor Salaman Khan. He used to secretly keep an eye on the security arrangements there. His attempt was to know how he could get close to Salman’s house. It was told that Bollywood actor Salman Khan was also in his hit list. Apart from this, he had also made a complete plan to kill Baba Siddiqui’s son Zeeshan Siddiqui. So far, the Crime Branch has arrested 26 accused in the Baba Siddiqui murder case. Serious sections of MCOCA have also been added against all these accused.
The investigation of Mumbai Crime Branch has now revealed that the shooter wanted to target Salman Khan also but due to the tight security arrangements of Salman Khan, he could not succeed in his planning. Investigation has also revealed that after the accused failed to attack outside Salman Khan’s house, they focused their entire attention on Baba Siddiqui and his son Zeeshan Siddiqui. On October 12, they succeeded in killing Baba Siddiqui, but Zeeshan narrowly escaped because he had left his office a few minutes before the murder.
Why did you drop Salman’s plan?
During the investigation of Mumbai Crime Branch, it has also come to light that the accused had once conducted recce of Salman Khan’s house. Then he saw that a large number of police forces were deployed outside Salman Khan’s house. Apart from this, he also found that Salman Khan goes out in his car from inside his building. Because of which it is impossible to go to them. After this the accused shifted their attention from Salman Khan and focused on Baba Siddiqui.
