Supreme Court will be able to start the show to Ranveer Alahabadia

In many cities of the country, many people, including Raina, Ranveer Alahabadia, had an FIR in many cities of the country, after a dispute of indecent remarks on parents in the show ‘India’s Got Latant’. After this, the podcast ‘The Ranveer Show’ and India’s Got Latant were closed. Now the Supreme Court on Monday approved YouTuber Ranveer Alahabadia to resume his podcast ‘The Ranveer Show’. The court placed a condition that he would not show anything obscene in his show.

Supreme Court laid 3 conditions

The Supreme Court said, ‘One of you went to Canada and talked about the case. These youth feel that they know a lot more. We know how to fix them. ‘

On this comment of the court, Alahabadia’s lawyer said, ‘Those who have made such comments have no connection with my client (client). Alahabadia will not make any indecent comments. Not a single indefinite word will be called.

Alahabadia had filed a petition in the Supreme Court that demanded that the FIR and arrests being filed against him be banned. The court on February 18, while giving an interim order on Ranveer’s petition, had stayed the arrest and said that Ranveer and his companions would not do any shows till further orders.

Several cities have been registered against YouTuber Ranveer Alahabadia, social media influencer Apoorva Makhija, Comedian time Raina and the organizer of Show India’s Got Latent, including Mumbai in leaflets on parents and women.

Alahabadia had said, 280 employees joined the show

Alahabadia’s lawyer said that 280 employees are associated with ‘The Ranveer Show’, whose livelihood is completely dependent on Allahabadia. Therefore, the show should be allowed to start.

Center said- a few days should be banned

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the central government, told the court, ‘I have seen the show. It is not obscene, but it is distorted. Laughing is one thing. Pornography is another matter and deformity is another level. He said that Ranveer’s show should be stopped for a few more days.
