New Delhi. Fans of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ are eagerly waiting for the film. The film is going to be released on December 5, but before the release of the film, there is a disappointing news for the fans. The film will hit the theaters worldwide on time, but if you are thinking that you will enjoy the film in 3D version, then you will have to wait for it. That means for now the film will be released in 2D.
‘Pushpa 2’ is not releasing in 3D tomorrow i.e. on 5th December. Only its 2D version will be released. Same on 5th December. Apart from this, the makers have said that the shows of the Hindi version of the film are not going to run on the night of 4th December. This means that those who were planning to enjoy the midnight show of the film in the Hindi version, now all their plans have been ruined.
Why won’t the 3D version of Pushpa 2 come after a week?
Bollywood Hungama has quoted a source as saying that the 3D version of Pushpa 2 is not ready yet. The report states that the 3D version is not ready yet. Therefore, the makers of the film decided to stop the release of the film in 3D this week. So on December 5, the film will be shown only in 2D version in different languages across the country and the world. The makers have now decided to release the 3D version of Pushpa 2 next Friday i.e. 13th December. The news is that 3D prints will be ready by then.
People had already done 3D booking
Bollywood Hungama quoted a multiplex manager as saying, ‘We were fully prepared to run some shows of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ in 3D. But today we were informed about the delay in the 3D release. Now, we will run those shows in 2D. The manager further said that this version is also getting delayed due to 3D fees. The audience had already made booking for this and now they will have to refund that fee.
Ticket price fixed
Allu Arjun’s film is releasing in theaters on Thursday, but its special preview shows in Andhra Pradesh will start on Wednesday, December 4 at 9:30 pm. For these premiere shows, the movie ticket price has been fixed at Rs 944 (including GST) in both single screens and multiplexes. In Telangana, permission has been given to increase the ticket price to Rs 1200 for the premiere shows (Wednesday) of Allu Arjun’s film and Rs 354 for single screens and Rs 531 for multiplexes in the days after its release. ‘Pushpa 2’ will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali and Malayalam languages.
