Singer Monali Thakur is admitted in the hospital. Actually, Monali was performing at Dinhata Festival in Cooch Behar, West Bengal on 21 January. Then he started having trouble breathing. When his condition worsened, he had to be admitted to a hospital in West Bengal.
Monali apologized to fans after the performance
According to India Today report, Monali Thakur was singing the song ‘Tune Maari Entriyaan’ at the festival, when her health deteriorated. After finishing her performance, she apologized to the fans and told them that she could not perform any further. She said- Today I am feeling very unwell. It is difficult to promise something and then not be able to fulfill it.
Concert was stopped in Varanasi citing poor management
Earlier, Monali had a concert in Varanasi in December 2024. There he stopped the concert midway citing poor management. A video related to the concert had also surfaced in which he had said – I am disappointed. My team and I were very excited to perform here. Don’t talk about the infrastructure and its condition, as that is the responsibility of the management. Time and again, I have said that injuries could have happened here. My dancers were telling me to stay calm, but everything was a mess.
