Actor Sonu Sood has recently revealed that he has not eaten bread for almost 4 years. Sonu also told that he has not drunk alcohol till date. Once Salman Khan had tried to trick him into drinking, but he did not drink.
In an interview given to Geist, Sonu Sood while talking about his diet said- I am a vegetarian. My diet is very boring. Whenever someone comes to my house, they say that I eat hospital food. I tell them it’s my plate. You guys, eat whatever you want. Everyone except me eats non-veg. Good food is prepared for everyone. We have the best cooks.
Sonu has not eaten bread for 4 years
He further said- I eat very simple food. I eat whatever I get. Doesn’t show too many tantrums. I have not eaten bread for the last 4 years. Although I occasionally eat corn bread.
I eat omelet, salad, avocado, roasted vegetables or papaya for breakfast. At the same time, in the afternoon I eat a small bowl of dal and rice. But yes I take a healthy diet.
Salman tried to trick him into drinking alcohol
Sonu Sood also told that he never drank alcohol. He said- I don’t drink at all. Many co-actors have tried to make me drink alcohol. Many people have tried to mix alcohol in my normal drinks. Salman Bhai was very fond of making me drink. He used to say – do one thing, mix alcohol in his Red Bull drink.
Then he would hand me the glass and keep watching whether I was drinking it or not. But I used to secretly remove the glass. When someone is fond of drinking alcohol, he wants others to drink too, which is fine. But I never drank, I never felt like doing it.
Sonu is making directorial debut through the film Fateh.
Let us tell you, actor Sonu Sood is going to debut in direction through the upcoming film Fateh. He has also written the story of the film. Even Sonu will be seen in the lead role. The film will be released on January 10, 2025.
