Suzuki’s first electric car will be named e-Vitara. Suzuki’s first electric car will come in the name of e-Vitara: Production version of EVX revealed in the global market, eSUV will run up to 400km on full charge.

Maruti Suzuki India’s parent company Suzuki Motor Corporation has unveiled its first electric car in the global market at the motor show EICMA-2024, which started today (October 4) in Milan, Italy. This mid-size electric SUV named e-Vitara is the production version of EVX, which was first introduced at Auto Expo-2023.

The car will be presented in India at the Global Mobility Show-2025. The production of this electric SUV will start from February 2025 at the plant of Suzuki Motor Gujarat Private Limited. It is expected to be available for sale in Europe, Japan and India by June. The company claims that the car will run up to 400 kilometers once fully charged.
