R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut starrer Tanu Weds Manu, released in 2011, has completed 14 years. And in the meantime, the film makers celebrated it and have also shared some clips of the film with fans on social media.

R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut starrer Tanu Weds Manu created panic on release in 2011. This film re -writes the industry’s perspective about romance in Bollywood and gives it a new look. It seems that after 14 years, people have not diminished for this film and even today its story is between us and you. Director Anand L. Rai celebrated the success of the film on his Instagram. The makers of the film shared many clips of the film and wrote in the caption, ‘A love story that makes you guess – and brings you back to see more! #14yearsoftanuwedsmanu celebrating.

Anand shared another video with several sequences of the film. He wrote in the caption, ‘From Kanpur to London, from love to quarrels, Tanu and Manu taught us that it is not necessary to be perfect for a true love story, just it should come from the heart!’

Female Santric film, Tanu Weds Manu, was a box office hit and earned Rs 36.62 crore in India. The sequel to the film released in 2015 was also very successful and became one of the highest grossing Hindi films of 2015 and became the highest grossing female system in India. Tanu Weds Manu is the story of an NRI doctor Manu, who is played by R Madhavan, who comes to India in search of the bride and falls in love with Tanu starring Kangana Ranaut. However, careless Tanu does not want to marry a man chosen by his family. Instead, she asks her help in escaping with the man from which she truly loves.

After watching 2 parts, fan Tanu Weds is eagerly waiting for Manu 3, but the producers have not yet cleared this project. Meanwhile, Madhavan and Kangana will once again share the screen for an upcoming thriller. Kangana has recently shared glimpses behind the curtain from the set of this untitled project on her Instagram story. Clapperboard revealed that the film, directed by Vijay and made by Trident Arts’s R Ravindran, began on 25 January.
