Mumbai. Money is everything. If there is no money then your success means nothing. From what I have known and read about Chunky Pandey so far, this seems to be the case. He recently appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Show and made another shocking revelation. He told that apart from acting, he was also dependent on other events for extra earning. Chunky told Kapil Sharma that he would do anything he was offered. Many times he even got money to attend the funeral. Not only this, extra money was also paid for crying.
Chunky Pandey said, “When I was starting my career as an actor, we had only one source of extra income and that was going to events. I used to have a bag ready, whoever called me, I used to run with my bag. Be it a wedding, birthday or even a Mundan ceremony.”
Chunky Pandey further said, “One morning, I got a call from an organizer. He asked, ‘What are you doing today?’ I told him, ‘I’m just going for a shoot’. He asked me where it was and I told him it was in Film City. He said, “Brother, there is a small event on the way, for 10 minutes, come, the money is good.” I said sure.”
Chunky Pandey further said, “Then he asked me, “If you are coming, then wear white clothes and come.” I didn’t think much, wore white clothes and reached the venue. I reached there and saw that many people wearing white clothes were standing outside. I went inside slowly and people were staring at me. They were whispering among themselves that Chunky Pandey had come and I was wondering what was happening.”
Chunky Pandey said, “I saw the body and I realized that I was at a funeral. I was naive and thought that by the time I reached the organizer would be dead. I saw the organizer in the corner and called him. He said, ‘Sir, don’t worry, I have your packet (of money). But the family said that if you cry, they will give you more money. “This really happened.”
