Recently Govinda, Chunky Pandey and Shakti Kapoor participated in Kapil Sharma’s show ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’. On this show, the star cast of the film revealed that neither any actor nor any actress had received the highest fee for the blockbuster ‘Aankhen’, rather Bandar had received the biggest amount for the film.
The monkey got the highest fee
Bandar was seen in many important roles in the film along with Chunky Pandey and Govinda. While narrating the stories from the set of this film, Shakti Kapoor and Chunky Pandey say that the monkey got more money than them for the movie. Recalling his memorable moments on the sets of ‘Aankhen’, Shakti Kapoor says that there were not two but three heroes in the film. Chunky Pandey, Govinda and Monkey.
Monkey got a room in 5-star
Reacting to Shakti Kapoor’s words, Chunky Pandey says that the monkey had got more money than him and Govinda also laughs and agrees to this. Govinda says, ‘We did not get the money’. Shakti Kapoor says, ‘The monkey was also given a room in the Sun and Sand 5-star hotel’.
This comedy action film is one of the most iconic films of Bollywood. Ritu Shivpuri, Shilpa Shirodkar and Rageshwari Loomba also played important roles in the film. The film was directed by David Dhawan and produced by Anees Bazmee.
