This was revealed by Rahul Dholakia himself. He had told that he had shot this film with Bipasha during curfew. At that time the actress herself also became very angry. He had said that oh, Kashmir is very beautiful, I like it, not a single person is seen there. I say, yes, I told you that Kashmir is beautiful, you don’t need to worry about anything.
When the actress vented her anger on the director
Revealing her views, the director said that when she reached the shooting location, she called me and said, can you please come here? I said what happened? He replied, “How dare you shoot with me during the curfew?” I feel like if I had told you, you wouldn’t have come, I know it’s safe because there is a curfew.
The film failed at the box office
There was a curfew in Kashmir during the filming, but Bipasha was not aware of it. When he came to know, it was natural for him to get angry. ‘Lamha’ is a Hindi action thriller directed and written by Rahul Dholakia. In this, Sanjay Dutt, Bipasha Basu, Kunal Kapoor and Anupam Kher were seen in important roles. This film proved to be a huge flop.
Let us tell you that the story of the film revolves around an Indian Army officer, who goes undercover to find the person responsible for the attacks in Kashmir.
‘Lamhaa’ was released in theaters in October 2010. Talking about work, Bipasha Basu started her acting career in 2001 with the film ‘Ajnabee’, for which she received the Best Filmfare Award. Since then she has become a popular actress.
