New Delhi. John Abraham is currently seen in the film ‘Veda’ with Sharvari Wagh. His film, released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, has not received much response so far. At the same time, the actor’s last film ‘Pathan’ was a blockbuster. This film wreaked havoc at the box-office all over the world. In ‘Pathan’, John Abraham played the role of a villain and won a lot of applause from the audience. In this film, Shahrukh Khan was seen in the lead role opposite him and Deepika Padukone was also an important part of the film.
The star cast of ‘Pathan’ hosted a grand party to celebrate the film’s massive success, but John, who played the villain in the film, flatly refused to attend the party. John had revealed during the promotion of ‘Veda’ on popular comedian Zakir Khan’s show ‘Aapka Apna Zakir’ that he did not attend the success party of ‘Pathan’.

John says, ‘After the success of ‘Pathan’, Shahrukh Khan said let’s party. Our film is doing well and has got a very strong opening, but I refused. I said that I will not come to the party because I sleep very early and I have to sleep’.

The actor further said that on this Shahrukh asked him what he wanted and he asked for a bike. King Khan without thinking anything fulfilled this demand of John Abraham and got him his favorite bike after which he went to his home happily without partying.
Now if we talk about John Abraham’s character in the 2023 film ‘Pathan’, he played a negative role in the film. He was seen in the role of ‘Jim’, who is earlier a part of the Indian Army. But when terrorists kill his family and the Indian Army does nothing to save them, Jim decides to turn from a hero to a villain. John was seen doing powerful action in this character which won the hearts of the audience.
