Most of the shooting of ‘Ghatak’ was done in Banaras city. There was a lot of discussion about the villainy of Danny Denzongpa in this. He became famous by playing the role of villain Katya. There was a tremendous fight between Danny and Sunny in ‘Ghatak’. Stars like Mukesh Rishi, Deep Dhillon, Tinu Verma, Tinu Anand, Anjan Srivastava and KK Raina were also seen in the film.
