Actually, Saif’s luxury house Pataudi Palace comes under the Enemy Dispute Act of 1968 and no one can claim their rights on such property. According to this act, all the immovable properties of those who went to Pakistan after the partition or the war of 1965 and 1971 and took citizenship there have been declared as Enemy Dispute Property. Now any person can go to the High Court, Supreme Court or President of India to claim this property but despite this, it will be very difficult to take any action on it.
