His performance in this was highly praised. Fardeen Khan’s film career has never been easy. His debut film flopped badly at the box office. Recently Fardeen Khan told how his father Firoz Khan helped him with one condition after the flop of his first movie.
In an interview given to Mashable India, Fardeen Khan talked about his father Fardeen Khan. He told that his father was very strict and he was very afraid of him. However, Fardeen Khan also said that his father was an honest and outspoken person. Fardeen Khan told, ‘He was strict and yes, I was afraid of him. He was an influential person. He was one of those people who would tell you exactly as it is. He didn’t twist anything, whether you were his son or daughter, which is a good thing.
The first film was a flop
Fardeen Khan told how his father supported him after the flop of his first film ‘Prem Agan’ (1998). He told that after the failure of the film, Firoz had promised that he would give him Rs 50,000 every month for a year so that he could make his place in the industry again.
