Pune Based startup company Wayway Mobility has launched India’s first solar powered car Eva at the Auto Expo. Wave Eva is a small car that can seat 2 people and a child. The company has claimed a range of 250 kilometers on a single charge of the car.
This EV can accelerate from 0-40 kilometers per hour in 5 seconds. The starting ex-showroom price of Eva is ₹3.25 lakh, which includes battery as a subscription plan.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has presented its forecast regarding the growth rate of countries around the world in the years 2025 and 2026. The IMF estimates that the world growth rate will be 3.3% in 2025 and 2026. Among big countries, India will grow fastest with a growth rate of 6.5%.

6. EV6 facelift will have a range of 650 km: will charge up to 80% in 18 minutes; Showcase in Auto Expo, launching will be in March

Kia has showcased the EV6 facelift at the ongoing Bharat Mobility Global Expo in Delhi. These two variants will come in rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all-wheel drive (AWD). Apart from the revised looks and new features, the electric vehicle also includes updated mechanicals.
The EV6 has a larger 84kWh battery pack. The company claims that Kia will give a range of more than 650 km on a single charge. The car will be charged from 10% to 80% in just 18 minutes with a 350 kW fast charger. Kia has started its booking. Its launch will take place in March.
