New Delhi: Saif Ali Khan was attacked with knives six times at his house on the morning of 16 January, two of which were very serious. There were 12 people in his house at the time of the attack, then how did the attacker manage to escape? Answers to many such questions are flashing in people’s minds. Mumbai Police sources shared many important information about the incident with ‘News18 Hindi’.
When the accused entered Saif Ali Khan’s house with the intention of stealing, many people were present at the house. These include 4 male servants and 4 female caretakers. But some people hid after hearing the noise. According to police sources, the police have recovered the clothes worn at the time of the incident, the shirt in which he was seen on the road after the incident, mobile phone and ear phones bought from a shop from Saif’s attacker Shariful Islam Sajjad. Police have sent the clothes for forensic examination.
The accused had gone up the stairs to the 10th floor
Police investigation revealed that the mesh in the bathroom window of Jahangir’s room was broken. This person entered from there, committed the crime and ran away. The accused went up the stairs to the tenth floor and to go from the tenth to the 11th floor, he took the help of a pipe near the fire duct and while climbing up through the pipe, he broke the window lattice and entered the house.
When the police talked to the parents of the accused
Saif Ali Khan had locked the door from outside after the incident. Therefore, the accused ran back from the same bathroom window through which he had entered. The police did not find any document from the accused. When the police took the number of the accused’s parents and called them in Bangladesh, they told that the accused was their son.
Reiki of Saif’s house was done before the attack
After interrogating the accused and matching the evidence, the police came to the conclusion that this accused had never visited Saif Ali Khan’s house before. The accused was ‘identifying’ the target in that area on the afternoon of 15 January. When he passed in front of Saif’s building, he saw the number of security guards which was only two. He didn’t even notice too many alerts. Also, the accused found that the adjacent building or the back door could be used to enter this building. Saif Ali Khan’s health is improving.
