Actor Shahid Kapoor, who was recently seen in the Bollywood film ‘Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’, said that he wishes to work in the South industry as well. Shahid Kapoor, who attended the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA), spoke openly to the media about working in South Indian cinema.
No one wants to be left behind in the South
Shahid Kapoor recently said in his interview, ‘I am ready to work in South cinema, but I am afraid what will happen if the South Indian audience is not happy with my dialogue delivery? I don’t want to leave any stone unturned, I have a good command over Hindi. When he was asked which South language film he particularly likes, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada, the actor replied, “For me it is all the same, because I don’t know any of them.” .
Shahid Kapoor will be seen in an aggressive role
So if any southern filmmaker can trust me, explain me properly and answer all my questions, then I am ready to work for them. Talking about his film, the actor said, ‘It is an action film, so there is a lot of action in it. You will get to see tremendous thrill in this which will make you wonder who did this, I am playing an aggressive character in this, this is a very good film, if we make the right teaser and trailer then it will thrill you. It will be released on February 14 next year and I am waiting for the audience’s response.
Let us tell you that Shahid will soon be seen in the film ‘Deva’. Pooja Hegde is with him in this film. Shahid will be seen playing the role of a policeman in this film directed by Roshan Andrews.
