Tucson gets 5-star safety rating in India NCAP | Tucson gets 5 star safety rating in Bharat NCAP: Hyundai’s first car crash tested in Indian agency, gets 41 points for child safety

Hyundai Tucson has received a 5 star safety rating in crash tests from the Bharat New Car Assessment Program (BNCAP or Bharat NCAP). It has received a 5-star safety rating in adult protection and child protection categories in crash tests from BNCAP. In the crash test, the car scored 30.84 out of 32 points for adult safety and 41 out of 49 points for child safety.

The Tucson is the fifth vehicle and the first from Hyundai to be tested at BNCAP. Earlier, crash tests of Mahindra XUV 3XO, Mahindra All these cars got 5 star safety rating in crash test.
