These days, Diljit, who is touring across the country, recently performed a concert in Jaipur and in this concert he also gave a befitting reply to his trolls.
A video of Diljit has surfaced on social media in which he is seen expressing pride in being a Punjabi. He says, ‘When I go out of Punjab, I say I am Punjab. But many people have problems with this. Dont know why? There is so much trouble in saying ‘I am Punjab’. He further said that when you also go out of Jaipur, you must be saying that I am from Jaipur. So I don’t know what problem people have with me saying Punjab.
Gave explosive performance on the song ‘Main Hoon Punjab’
The singer also sang the song Main Hoon Punjab in his concert. He gave a bang on this song which was liked a lot by the fans present there. Diljit also talked about his turban. He says that he is proud of his turban.
Told the turban as my pride
He says, ‘Loud applause for the turban. This turban is our pride, this is the beauty of our country. Turban is our pride. Our food changes every two-three-four hours. This is the beauty of our country. Some are from Jaipur, some are from Gujarat, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab. We love everyone and we all love the country.
Diljit, who is on a tour of 10 cities, will be seen working the magic of his voice in many cities like Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Pune and Kolkata. Earlier on November 3, Bhojpuri actor and singer Khesari Lal Yadav had made a funny comment about Diljit’s ‘Dil-Luminati India’ concert. Khesari shared a video of one of his stage shows and wrote in the caption, ‘Leave Illuminati behind and watch here’. In the video, Khesari is seen addressing the crowd and asking them to celebrate by raising their hands.
