Vivo has launched a new smartphone Vivo V40e in India. It has features like MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 processor, 5000 mAh battery, 80W wired charging. The phone has a 50-megapixel dual rear camera and the selfie camera is 50 MP. This phone supports 4K video recording. It is packed with an in-display fingerprint sensor. It comes in two colors and two storage options. The company had earlier launched Vivo V40 and V40 Pro in India.

Vivo V40e Price in India, Availability

Vivo V40e is priced at Rs 28,999 in India for the 8GB + 128GB model. The 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs 30,999. It has been brought in Mint Green and Royal Bronze color options.

It can be purchased from Flipkart and Vivo India’s e-store from October 2. HDFC and SBI card users will also be given an instant discount of 10 percent.

Vivo V40e Specifications, Features

Vivo V40e has a 6.77-inch Full HD Plus 3D curved AMOLED display, which has a resolution of 1,080 x 2,392 pixels. It offers a refresh rate of 120 Hz, HDR10 Plus support. Wet touch feature is given in it, which means that the phone’s screen responds even when operated with wet hands.

Vivo V40e has MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. It is accompanied by 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB storage. It runs on the latest Android 14.

Vivo V40e has a dual rear camera setup. The main sensor is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 camera. It supports optical image stabilization (OIS). An 8 MP ultrawide shooter is paired with it. The front camera is 50 MP. It is claimed that 4K video recording can be done from both the front and rear cameras.

Vivo V40e has a 5,500mAh battery. It supports 80W wired fast charging. This device has received IP64 rating, which can protect the phone from dust and splashes. Equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor, Vivo V40e weighs 183 grams.
