New Delhi. In the 80s, Govinda was very popular in the Hindi film industry. He used to do films on his own terms, but then his stardom sank so much that it became difficult for him to even get work. Recently, Sunita Ahuja, wife of 80-90s superstar Govinda, spoke on the podcast of Time Out with Ankit about getting an offer for TV’s popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. She told that she has been offered Bigg Boss 4 times.
Sunita Ahuja says, ‘He has been offering me to come on ‘Bigg Boss’ for the last 4 years. He also offered me to be a part of the OTT version of the show hosted by Anil Kapoor. He came to me twice with the offer of Anil Kapoor’s season, but I told him, ‘Are you crazy? Do you think I will wash toilets? You are asking me this, but tell me will you ask this question to Shahrukh Khan’s wife? You think I don’t have money. I don’t even watch Bigg Boss.”
Special condition kept for the show
Talking about the show offer, Sunita further said that when she refused, the makers offered the show to her daughter Tina as well. Govinda’s wife says that she will do Bigg Boss only if she gets a chance to host it with Salman Khan.
She wants to be a part of Karan’s show
Interestingly, Sunita Ahuja expressed her desire to be a part of Karan Johar’s show ‘Koffee with Karan’. She said that if Karan Johar invites her to his show, she will definitely go. On not getting an invite for the show till now, the star wife says that it does not matter to her. It is Karan’s show and it completely depends on him who he will invite.
