Two-wheeler manufacturer Jawa Yezdi Motorcycle has launched the 2024 Yezdi Adventure in India. The bike has been given an updated engine and gearbox, a new panel below the instrument console, a thin and lightweight tank, a new exhaust and a new coolant tank. The new tank has reduced the weight of the bike by about 7-8 kg.
The company has introduced the bike in 4 new color variants. These include Torando Black, Magnite Maroon Dual-Tone, Wolf Gray DT and Glacier White DT colors. The starting ex-showroom price of the bike is Rs 2.09 lakh. The bike competes with Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 and KTM 390 Adventure.

Yezdi Adventure: Performance
The biggest change in the new Yezdi Adventure is in the engine. It has been given an updated 334CC liquid-cooled single-cylinder ‘Alpha-2’ engine. The same engine is also available in Jawa 350. In Yezdi Adventure, this engine generates 29.6hp of power and 29.8Nm of torque, while in Jawa 350 it generates 22.5hp of power and 28.2Nm of torque.
In Yezdi Adventure, this engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with slip and assist clutch. The company claims that the gear ratio is now different. The first, second and third gears are short, while the fourth, fifth and sixth gears are long. The off-road riding experience will be better in the first three gears, while the last three gears will be useful on the highway.
