In Anupam Kher’s chat show, Akshay Kumar had told that he used to work as a light boy for a photographer. At that time, he met Govinda in connection with work. Akshay Kumar said, ‘I still remember it very well. After taking the photo, I went to show it to Govinda sahab. In the evening, he had to show the negatives. So he started looking at the negatives and then his eyes fell on me. He said – hey you are so smooth, why don’t you become a hero? I replied – Sir, are you joking? Then Govinda said – become a hero.’
