Zeenat Aman has recently shared an incident related to her personal life. The actress has shared a post on the social media platform Instagram. She told that the medicine had got stuck in her throat last night and she was very nervous. During this time his son helped him.
Zeenat Aman posted and narrated her ordeal
Zeenat Aman wrote in the caption of the post- I returned home at night after shooting all day. This happened while I was taking blood pressure medicine. I put the pill in my mouth, took a sip of water and then realized that my breathing had stopped. That small pill got stuck in my throat. I could breathe, but was in a lot of pain. I drank a little water again and again, but the pill remained stuck in my throat.
Medicine got stuck in the actress’s throat
The actress further wrote- ‘I was alone at home at that time and I started feeling very nervous. I called my doctor but his number was busy. So I called my son Jahaan home. While I was waiting for Jahaan, the pain in my throat became worse. I couldn’t think of anything else except the medicine stuck in my throat. After a while Jahaan arrived, we met the doctor who said that it would resolve on its own with time. I drank hot water for the next few hours and waited for everything to become normal.
Zeenat Aman turned 73 on November 19, 2024.
There is always a need to have more patience in difficult times – Zeenat Aman
Zeenat Aman said- I woke up the next morning having learned a new lesson. I realized that day that there are always difficult times in everyone’s life, which require less work and more patience. All I thought was that it was very painful. I sought solutions from others, but ultimately everything worked out just because I was patient and controlled my fear. Sometimes something can be solved easily.

Zeenat Aman will soon be seen in Manish Malhotra’s show Ban Tikki. The film has been directed by Faraz Arif Ansari. The actress will also be seen in Netflix’s series The Royals. The world premiere of this series took place at the 36th Palm Springs International Film Festival 2025.
