Amitabh Bachchan has sold this property which was bought for Rs 31 crores for Rs 83 crores. This property is located in Oshiwara and is part of Crystal Group’s residential project, which is spread over 1.55 acres.
Amitabh Bachchan has made a profit of 168% by selling the apartment. According to Square Yard’s analysis, Big B had purchased this duplex apartment for Rs 31 crore in April 2021, the sale transaction of which is said to be January 2025. The luxurious apartment is built in an area of 529.94 square meters, whose carpet area is 5185.62 square feet. It also has a terrace, which is spread over 445.93 square meters. It has provision for parking of 6 cars. Stamp duty of Rs 4.98 crore is recorded in the sale transaction and an expenditure of Rs 30 thousand is shown on registration.
Kriti Sanon was living in the apartment
Amitabh Bachchan had rented this apartment to Kriti Sanon in November 2021. They were charging them Rs 10 lakh every month as rent and had taken Rs 60 lakh as security deposit. Oshiwara, located in Mumbai West, is famous for its luxurious lifestyle which is connected to roads and Mumbai Metro. It has all the modern amenities associated with a luxury lifestyle.
